Personal chefs, on the other hand, bring their talents to your kitchen leaving behind fresh, portioned meals.  "Most people realize dinnertime is out of control but want to eat healthy," says Linda Simon, a personal chef.  Through personalized meals, original recipes and use of fresh, seasonal ingredients, Simon and other personal chefs deliver a complete package of meal planning, grocery shopping, cooking, food storage and clean up.
Personal chefs use food questionnaires, client meetings and on-going feedback to continually tailor their meals to the client's liking.
